Chrome Book Repair Requests
If your child's Chromebook is damaged, lost, or stolen, please visit the link below and fill out the appropriate form to request a repair or replacement. Once you have completed this form, your child's teacher can send the device to the Tech Department to be repaired. If your child has a repair/replacement fee, that fee will need to be paid before the device can be returned. Please contact your child's teacher if you have any questions or concerns.
